Welcome to Marysville Primary Care

You can speak with a nurse Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM regarding: prescription refills, scheduling appointments, requesting a referral, or discuss any medical concerns. If all of the nurses are on the phone with other patients, you will have the opportunity to leave a message with their voice mail. The nurses check their voice mail routinely and try to return your calls promptly. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

When leaving a message please clearly state:

• Your full name (please spell your first and last name) and the patient full name
• Date of birth
• Home telephone number or a telephone number where we can return your call and appropriate time to call if needed.
• Medication allergies
• Pharmacy name and phone number

If you are calling in for a prescription refill, please instruct us if the prescription is to be called to a pharmacy or if must be written for mail-in services. We kindly ask that you give us 48 to 72 hours notice for prescription refills. Please check with your pharmacy the following business day after 5 PM.

We will not fill prescriptions for narcotics, many pain medications or controlled substances outside of regular office hours.
